Buckeyes and Recipe from Pam Tolle
3 sticks butter – softened
1 – 1 ½ cups peanut butter
32 oz. confectioners’ sugar (1 bag)
Knead all ingredients until smooth.
Roll into balls
FOR CHOCOLATE COATING
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
¾ cake paraffin wax
In double boiler, melt chocolate and paraffin, stirring occasionally. Dip peanut butter balls into chocolate and put on wax paper to set. Stir melted chocolate occasionally while dipping.
